What is Mix Interiors designed to do?

Whilst most of our readers become involved at the end of the commercial interior “fit out”, we appreciate that understanding the very latest in the whole of the “Property Food Chain” is essential, therefore a key part what we deliver at Mix. In short we try harder.

Each month our editorial is packed with a wide range of content designed to educate, inspire and amuse. We do not create features designed specifically designed to sell adverts therefore you will not see a “chair” feature. Our objective is to engage with readers giving them something of value in return for their time.

How long has Mix Interiors been around?

Over fifteen years we have built up a readership family that appreciates our efforts in helping them stay abreast of an ever changing world. – launched in 1999.

How do you keep Mix Interiors circulation up to date?

Because we have two of the biggest events in the industry (Mixology), a host of seminars (MixInspired), roundtables, website and a magazine (Mix Interiors) our contact levels with our readership are high – this ensures that we are able to be as up to date as possible in this fast moving world.

Does Mix Interiors just deal with Fit-out?

We appreciate that commercial interiors designers don’t work in isolation, therefore our approach of covering the whole of the “Property Food Chain” is a key part of our approach and reflected in both our editorial coverage and our readership.

How do I enter the Awards?

Please send a hardcopy and electronic entry, with the completed form from the awards pack. Your entry can be either an A4 or A3 formatted document which is suitably illustrated, has supporting material, explains why you should be considered whilst be concise and professionally presented.

Entrants in previous years have sent booklets/portfolio as their entries.

Award entries into the MixologyNorth awards should either be a project or business based in the North of Great Britain. The north includes Midlands, Wales, North West, North East, Yorkshire, Scotland and Northern Ireland.

How do I find the best category to enter?

Take a look at our awards pack and take a look at each of the categories. Read the criteria carefully, as this is what the judges will be looking for.

Is it free to enter the awards?

Yes! It doesn’t cost to enter the awards and you can also enter as many categories as you wish. 

When is the judging taking place?

Mixology – Judging will take place in May.

Mixology North – Judging will take place in October.

When will I find out if I have been shortlisted?

We will contact each of our finalists directly after the judging day. 

What is the dress code for the Awards Ceremony?

Black Tie / party frock.

What is included in the table cost?

Table of ten guests, 3 course dinner including tea and coffee, drinks reception, entertainment from legendary DJ/Performers, complimentary beers, wines and soft drinks.

How do I book my place?

To book your place, please complete the online booking form HERE Once completed you will receive a confirmation email and then a member of our lovely team will be in touch with an invoice for payment.

I have booked my tickets, will I receive a ticket to attend the event?

We issue wristbands for each ticket booked. Without this wristband you will not gain entry into the event, so please remember to bring this with you on the night! 

When/Where will I receive my wristband/s?

The wristbands will be sent to the details given at the top of the booking form and are sent out a few weeks before the event. Make sure you don’t lose these as they are needed to gain entry into the event.

Mixology17 is on Thursday 22nd June 2017 & Mixology North17 is on Thursday 7th December 2017
