HLW’s London office has welcomed Pendrick Brown as Principal, demonstrating its commitment to developing and growing the business. Pendrick joins the London leadership team, led by Managing Director and Principal, Bronte Turner, and Principal, Francesca Gernone, at a time when upholding the highest standard of client relationships is of utmost importance.

With over 15 years’ extensive experience in client services, Pendrick brings a raft of knowledge to the London office. His experience with the top 20 UK law firms on the client side, as well as delivering projects for elite global law firms, has given Pendrick a full understanding of the unique dynamics required to successfully complete such projects. As the legal sector continues to evolve, Pendrick’s knowledge gives him the unique skillset to provide innovative solutions and push the boundaries of design in order to enhance the return on investment for a client’s strategic vision.

In addition to his experience in the legal sector, Pendrick brings with him a sweeping portfolio in the developer and landlord sectors. ‘Pendrick has a reputation for his work with market leading developers across the UK and Europe – helping to drive their commercial return on investment through complementary design in a number of sectors including commercial, hospitality, pharma, build to rent and infrastructure,’ says Bronte Turner, Managing Director and Principal at HLW. Bronte stresses that Pendrick will play a crucial role in leading teams in understanding the drivers of the landlords and developers, the benefits to design, both commercially and aesthetically, and will help to create the balance projects require to maintain progress and optimal ROI.

HLW’s London office continues to deliver innovative environments, with recent projects in the UK and Europe expanding over a variety of sectors, including several cutting-edge tech giants – notably Wix’s 550,000 sq ft HQ in Tel Aviv. ‘I have worked with HLW a number of times during my career and have always respected their varied skillset and global approach. I am excited to be working with the diverse and talented team to help deliver their strategic growth plans and expand their large-scale project portfolio,’ says Pendrick.
