NoChintz designs new BTR development with social spaces at its core
NoChintz delivers an adaptable, flexible design that speaks to our times, at Affinity Living’s latest Manchester residential project, Riverview.
In this issue, our spotlight feature focuses on mental wellbeing, with contributions from several experts on the mental health tsunami we are facing as a result of the current pandemic. Elsewhere, we look around the brand new offering from Locke Living, and David Thame examines the impact COVID-19 is having on the education property market (hint: it's not all doom and gloom!) Each one of our covers is unique – including our logo. We hand over the reins to a different designer each month, making our print magazines a work of art in themselves. Thank you to Willmott Dixon Interiors and Karndean for this month's logo and cover image.
Willmott Dixon Interiors: 'The cover has a rich array of geometrical shapes and finishes, creating a mood. We embedded the Mix logo in some of these shapes, and added shades and textures to enhance them, so the logo is initially visible, but the viewer is also encouraged to discover variants of it.'
Karndean: 'The grained detail and chalkiness of limestone, paired with the limed washed and distressed textures found in European Oaks, have been the inspiration for Karndean Designflooring’s latest additions to their Korlok and Van Gogh collections. The new designs provide a range of rustic and sleek finishes, combined with the premium quality expected from a Karndean floor.'
