Wireless charging provider Aircharge has launched the mobile-based software combined with a digital marker check-in system, to support businesses transition back to the office.
The new solution allows organisations and enterprises to safely manage their employees’ return to the office and comply with the latest social distancing regulations.
The turnkey solution can be quickly and easily implemented by small and large businesses to monitor office capacity and track and trace employees, guests and visitors coming in and out of the workplace – keeping a record of all individuals who enter the premises and automatically logging them into the system in accordance with the latest social distancing regulations.
Using an interactive HTML web application which doesn’t require any pre-download, employees can easily and conveniently check availability and book desks, pods and other workstations ahead of their office visit, directly on their mobile phone and in just a few steps.
Each available workstation in the venue is identified by a uniquely programmed digital marker; all the employee must do is tap the unit or scanning the QR code with their smartphone to verify their identity and check in at the specific space that has been allocated. Users can also be granted access to other useful digital services, including Wi-Fi access, track & trace applications and mobile ordering at the canteen or partner restaurants.
The Aircharge digital table markers do not require any power to function and can be easily installed onto any desk or table. They are also waterproof and can be wiped with anti-bacterial cleaning agents.
To complement the booking software, Aircharge also offer a wide range of made-for-the-office wireless charging solutions, providing the same features as the digital marker and allowing employees to power their mobile devices without having to use a cable. The wireless charging units from Aircharge can be fitted into a standard 80mm desk grommet. Both the digital marker and wireless charger are available with an anti-microbial finish.
