Flooring provides so much potential for enhancing commercial environments, not least of all because the design of a venue and its interior is an important way of creating a journey or experience, eliciting an emotional response in the user.

Luxury vinyl tiles (LVT) are specified in commercial projects of all sizes due to their durability and flexibility, as well as the bespoke possibilities available – creating stand-out interiors and meeting the practical needs of the user.

Amtico’s extended palette of colours, woods and stones, combined with exclusive laying patterns, have been designed to fire the imagination. The Signature collection offers unlimited possibilities, with more than 200 products and 23 laying patterns which can be personalised with a choice of colours and textures. Alternatively, the Amtico in-house design team has crafted more than 100 predefined floors in the Designers’ Choice collection.

Amtico’s laying patterns have been designed to fit spaces perfectly to achieve an impactful scheme and can be specified alone or together over a larger area, or as focal points in a field of standard tiles.

For instance, Acer (DC347) combines the simple geometric of Amtico’s Pleat laying pattern with a dynamic palette that adds a level of visual intricacy. Plaza (DC175) creates impressive spaces thanks to its large-scale polygon and key tiles in three characterful fossil stones, which can be paired with field tiles in complementary colours.

Amtico’s online room visualiser offers a starting point for creating flooring schemes using the extensive choice of LVT products – plus, it’s possible to see how different colour and pattern combinations will look in situ by simply uploading a sketch, photo or 3D rendering. For more support, Amtico’s team of flooring experts are on-hand to help with everything from product and pattern selection, bespoke schemes and design boards, through to technical support, CAD plans and logos.

In addition to the company’s impressive level of product support, designers and specifiers can also benefit from 50 years of expertise and investment in innovation. The in-house creative team and factory are both based in Coventry, so Amtico can offer designs that are different to anything else on the market. As a British manufacturer, the company not only has more control over quality but can also meet project lead times and requirements.
