From bold, decorative Terrazzo to soft, tonal Marble, the new Spacia Stones from Amtico allow designers to transform commercial spaces, with LVT flooring that is simple to specify and easy-to-maintain.

Amtico’s newest innovations, Terrazzo and Elemental Terrazzo, are two interpretations of the on-trend material, providing designers with a durable and lightweight material that truly captures decorative details.

Spanning six versatile colourways, Terrazzo designs are densely packed with marble chips, ranging from light and pearlescent Gibson to dark and dramatic Highball – each capturing the scope for creativity in commercial flooring design. From small intimate areas to flooding a room, Terrazzo’s combination of scale and colour makes it perfect for transforming a breadth of different applications.

Easy to install and maintain, Elemental Terrazzo is a bolder interpretation with larger ‘marble’ pieces, quartz lines and warm marble chips scattered in a mix of dense clusters and sparse areas, all set within a ‘concrete’ base for a highly dramatic effect. Amtico has also introduced two co-ordinating concretes – Rialto and Villa – to help designers create subtle zoning in projects. These can be combined with Elemental Terrazzo in varying ratios to change an area’s focus, or alone to provide a simple ceramic look.

As biophilia continues to strengthen commercial interior design and positively influence wellbeing, the new Tones palette combines a contemporary-style ceramic with nine nature-inspired shades. The tiles introduce subtle injections of colour and provide an easy backdrop for any project, while also complementing other Spacia materials, such as Terrazzo and the new Oaks.

Elsewhere in the Spacia collection, Marble offers designers four soft, tonal shades: Black, White, Grey and Rose. These are available in five flexible sizes, including two new Parquet sizes, allowing for decorative areas or sweeping, opulent spaces. For complete design freedom, Marble can also be specified with Amtico Stripping to create an authentic grout effect.

Four years in the making and following more than 100 hours of customer research, Amtico Spacia now provides designers with a refined, balanced palette of realistic Woods and Stones that are beautifully simple to work with. Find out more about the Amtico Spacia collection at amtico.com.
