NoChintz designs new BTR development with social spaces at its core
NoChintz delivers an adaptable, flexible design that speaks to our times, at Affinity Living’s latest Manchester residential project, Riverview.
Inspired by the need for adaptability in workspace design, Kast’s design can facilitate any task – from boardroom meetings to quiet solo work, and collaboration.
Available in six variants – three high back, and three medium back chairs, with a castor or pyramid base including either a visitor mechanism, Kast has been designed to empower every day-to-day task, from conversation to quiet work and collaboration. The chair offers swivel and tilt adjustment, or a synchronised mechanism, enabling added height adjustment, – plus comfortable, supportive cushioning.
“Collaborating closely with workspace designers has provided us a unique insight into how post-pandemic working environments are actually being used,” comments Gresham’s designer, Steven Parkinson.
“What we’re seeing is the need for total flexibility and customisation. As premises see ebbs and flows in employees working on and off site, offices are being used differently every single day. A space may need to transform overnight from board room to break out area.
“With Kast, we’ve created a beautiful blank canvas, if you like. The design is understated and quietly impactful but allows use to be tailored completely to everyone.”
The Kast Chair collection is available to view at Manchester’s Material Source Studio. Visitors can experience the full Gresham offering, with the latest pieces, inspiration from the design team and takeaway samples.
