The brief was to create a flexible, diverse workspace for Manchester’s iconic City Tower. The building was recently refurbished, and this was retained as much as possible to create a CAT A+ scheme on the 24th, 26th and 28th floors, with the 28th floor being a multifunctional space for all tenants, called the Sky Lounge. The concept was to ensure natural and sustainable materials were used allowing for wellbeing and creating a space to retain tenants and to allow them to grow their business.
