The Gessner offers experiential living with high design credentials

At the Fettle-designed project, short-stay suites and rental apartments are inspired by members’ clubs.

Design studio Fettle and Way of Life have unveiled The Gessner, 164 hospitality inspired apartments for rent and short-stay guest suites in London’s Tottenham Hale. In line with the philosophy that homes at The Gessner are for residents to ‘make their own’, the vast majority of furniture is bespoke and tailored to each apartment size, also including several signature lighting pieces for shared spaces.

Fettle’s curated design approach spans living spaces as well as communal areas at The Gessner, which include guest kitchens and dining rooms, lounges, an on-site cafe and workspace and a large-scale rooftop terrace.

The Gessner features a selection of studios and one, two and three bedroom apartments with views across London. Shared spaces for residents include a large rooftop garden with BBQ, communal kitchen and dining room, sitting rooms and lounges with fireplaces. Apartments are available furnished or unfurnished, allowing residents to put their own individual stamp on the interior architecture.
