Introducing their latest design range, Impact Acoustic has unveiled ARCHISONIC® Textile, a versatile, multi-purpose fabric crafted from 100% recycled PET materials. Durable yet smooth and comfortable enough to be used for furniture upholstery, ARCHISONIC® Textile can also be used for creating effective acoustic curtains, helping to bring both aesthetic appeal and functional separation to any interior environment.
With the goal of creating a circular manufacturing process, lengths of ARCHISONIC® Textile can additionally be returned to Impact Acoustics at the end of its life cycle. This discarded fabric is then transformed into a darker yarn that finds new life in the brand’s acoustic curtains, in the hope of creating a closed-loop system that eventually produces little to no waste.
As well as its impressive sustainable credentials, the collection also offers a huge amount of customisation. Whether using the fabric for upholstery or as acoustic furnishing, it can be perfectly matched to the 32 shades from Impact Acoustic’s popular ARCHISONIC® Felt Collection. Designers can therefore tailor the innovative textile to any interior project, be it adding a splash of colour to a muted space or creating a subtle, sophisticated ambience with a cohesive, neutral colour palette.
