Influenced by the inherent beauty of the site, the area’s rich heritage and the availability of abundant sunshine, the masterplan has been carefully designed to preserve and enhance the surrounding natural features, minimise intervention and maximise views. The works include a major upgrade of an existing golf course and 12th Century monastery and the creation of 44 residential villas, a contemporary clubhouse, a wellness spa with a pool and a village centre comprising restaurants, bars and retail stores.
