During the Mix 30 Under 30 celebrations, Amtico caught up with Class of 2022’s Zoe Martinez, Project Designer at Peldon Rose. Discover her thoughts on using human-centric design in the workplace to support mental health and wellbeing, and how to guide clients to source products from the UK so they can reap the environmental impact and sustainability benefits. Zoe also shares her experiences of utilising space based on the percentage of employees in the office to maximise square footage.
