Crafted for the ever-evolving workplace, interior finishes company Woven Image extends its design-driven Serene Contours acoustic collection with two additions to its ceiling offering, Array and Fuji.
As a shared need for connection and collaboration continues to mould the landscape of workplace design, Serene Contours speaks to these advances where the cohesion of acoustic function with trending aesthetics is more considered than ever before. The collection welcomes the Fuji range of acoustic tiles: Roku, Juni and Ku, accompanied by Array, a dramatic customisable baffle system.
Utilising the company’s EchoPanel® in both 12mm and 24mm thicknesses, fully customisable acoustic ceiling baffle system Array moderates echoed noise in busy, shared spaces. Driven to offer solutions to serve the unique needs of each end user, Woven Image offers a wide range of pre-established designs, along with a bespoke design service from the team’s in-house studio. Array has been engineered for quick and easy installation, requiring up to 60% less hardware compared to alternatives.
The feature of simple installation continues across Serene Contours with Woven Image’s latest innovation, the Fuji range. Compatible with Array’s ceiling mount hardware, 3D formed Fuji tiles are easily fitted in both direct fix and suspended applications and reduce reverberation times through a high sound absorption rating.
Woven Image looked to modern Japonisme style and Art Deco aesthetics when conceiving the Fuji range. The collection comprises tiles in three sizes – Roku, Juni and Ku – all of which exhibit Art Deco-characterised curves and reinterpreted linework, reflecting the design of the company’s original embossed acoustic panel, Zen.
Smaller square-shaped acoustic tile Roku works in harmony with Juni’s long rectangular shape to allow for unique configurations, which can be achieved through varying arrangements of tile size, colourway, hardware finish and suspension height.
Fuji Ku is a large square-shaped, double-sided embossed acoustic tile created for sound absorption – and can be used as a conference table suspended feature or as large scale acoustic ceiling solutions for offices and commercial spaces.
