New from Woven Image, the Fuji collection provides acoustic comfort in dynamic floorplans where noise can disrupt concentration and conversation. The unique composition of the 3D-formed ceiling tiles serves to reduce reverberation times through a high sound absorption rating, with the embossed linework designed to enhance both acoustic performance and aesthetic appeal. Available in square sizes Roku and Ku, and rectangular sizes Juni and Hachi, the Fuji collection is also available in four stocked colour combinations, as well as a broad range of 28 single and dual shade options that can be made to order (resulting in an impressive 784 possible colour combinations).
Applications range from workstation hoods and conference table features to full ceiling installations in high traffic areas. Varying the tile size, colourway, hardware finish and suspension height allows for easily unique and charming configurations. For instance, utilising Woven Image’s universal hardware for ceilings, Fuji tiles will integrate with a designed barrel kit to make installation quick and easy, enabling either direct fix or suspended applications as well as integrating off-the shelf lighting solutions.
Fuji has been tested and its acoustic performance declared in accordance with global ISO and ASTM standards. Sabin, NRC and αw scores also show exceptional ability in absorbing mid to high frequency sounds, making the range an ideal addition to office, education and hospitality environments where background noise can interfere with productivity, speech intelligibility and acoustic comfort. Fuji tiles are made of 64% post-consumer recycled plastics and are manufactured using solar energy in Woven Image’s R&D and production facility. All Fuji tiles also boast third-party sustainability certifications including ingredient transparency through Declare, Global GreenTag™ (GreenRate Level A), the maximum Platinum Product Health Declaration, low VOC emissions and are certified Red List Free.
