How Basha-Franklin colour-coded Myo's latest workplace
The latest offering from flexible office provider Myo brings the principles of hospitality and retail into the workplace.
Scott Brownrigg’s fit-out provides one of the world’s largest and oldest financial hubs with a new state-of-the-art workspace that creates choice, promotes collaboration, and nurtures hybrid working. Located on the fifth floor of its London office, the new digitally-enabled workspace features a diverse set of spaces, ranging in privacy, formality and scale, created with flexibility to support the evolving purpose of the office and empower employees to choose how and where they work.
Designed with circular economy in mind, much of the existing CAT B fit-out elements have been re-used, and where required, new high quality and durable materials and loose furniture have been specified throughout to provide ultimate flexibility. The design encompasses a pilot approach for the organisation, where 80% of work settings are dedicated to collaboration and just 20% to focus work. Creating a new benchmark office space for the attraction and retention of talent.
