ANZ London is a new agile workspace that articulates the culture, personality and values of the wider Australian banking solutions organisation.

Reflecting ANZ’s aspiration to be a leading environmentally sustainable bank, tp bennett developed a tailored and robust sustainability strategy with the client, making ANZ one of London’s most responsible office fit-outs. The strategy focussed on reducing embodied and operational carbon to its minimum through all aspects of the design.

Understanding the role of the post-pandemic office and an internal corporate culture transition, the new agile workspace centres around enabling a sense of community, encouraging collaboration and emphasising transparency and mutual respect.

The result is a sustainable, healthy and equitable project that reflects ANZ’s values and identity and adds value to the individual and collective work experience.
